Paperwork and Legalities:

  • Ensure all required disclosures and documents are completed accurately.
  • Guide clients through the legal requirements of the sale.


Closing Preparation:

  • Work with the title company, escrow agent, and other parties to prepare for closing.
  • Schedule the closing date and time.


Final Walkthrough:

  • Ensure the property is in the agreed-upon condition for the final walkthrough.
  • Address any last-minute issues that may arise.


Closing Process:

  • Attend the closing to ensure all documents are properly signed and processed.
  • Assist clients in understanding the closing statement and settlement process.
