American Home Shield is a home warranty company. Home warranties protect buyers from costly repairs when they purchase a new home. Typically, the seller pays for warranty for the first year. With older homes, it often pays for buyers to keep an ongoing policy. For a low price, sellers can have a home warranty to protect against costly repairs while the house sits on the market. This provides extra peace of mind.
Realogy Insurance Agency
If you are taking out a loan to buy a home, the lender will require homeowners' insurance. Realogy will provide insurance with the right amount of coverage to satisfy the lender and even more if you prefer a little extra peace of mind.
Other Service Providers
Home inspection companies, contractors, pool techs, yard care, etc. I either know somebody or I will find somebody to help you. It is all part of my service of being your realtor for life.
